FROSTBORN: CO-OP SURVIVAL
Update 1.4
Druid, class rebalance, and more!
New Class, numerous tweaks to player classes, an easy mode for Sanctum of Odin, and a new convenient option to change classes on the go! Update 1.4 is out, which means it's time to take a closer look at the changes.
Meet Druid who can turn into a bear and deal powerful blows with claws! Druid's attack damage depends on the equipped weapon. A hit deals 70% weapon damage and causes bleeding - the enemy will take additional 30% weapon damage over time.

Additionally, a druid could greatly help players from his family by temporarily transforming them into crows. Note, that all negative effects are removed from the druid and crows at the moment of transformation. For the next several seconds the druid gains damage resistance and increases movement speed. While crows receive 80% less damage from enemy players and have an increased movement speed too.

In general, this makes druid a great choice for tanking as well as for rescuing your friends when things get tough. As well as archmage (introduced earlier in 1.3) druid won't require you to learn previous classes first.

With an increasing pool of classes, we added a new convenient option to change classes on the go. You can manually add up to 3 already learned classes to the access panel and switch them with no fuss.

When opening the Sanctum of Odin you can choose between two modes now: easy mode and standard mode. If you open the Sanctum in easy mode there will be less loot than usually, but enemies will also be weaker. In standard mode, enemies are more dangerous, but loot is better.
Moreover, treasuries are now located in the above-ground area of the Sanctum, so you can access them much quicker.

While donating weapons and armor in New Heim you will have a chance to receive up to 40% bonus mastery points with every donation. Be generous and Odin will send his blessings!

Inbox now has various content filters to make searching for certain items much faster and easier.

Among other changes we want to highlight the following:

  • Countless class balance changes and tweaks based on your thoughts and ideas;
  • Skoll's claws - DPS and damage to players are increased
  • All classes enter stealth a little bit faster
  • Astar Mage's illusions no longer affect durability on their target
  • Marks and Seals resources are personal items now
  • Some craftable weapons now grant more points when donating them at the altar in New Heim

That's all for today, immortals! We wish you the best of luck on becoming a Druid and look forward to your feedback on the class changes!
